Sales Representative – Garden Trade (Hybrid + Car)

About the role

This is a full‑time Sales Representative position within a leading UK garden‑products brand. You will cover a defined territory in South East England, building relationships with garden centres and independent retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit garden centres, hardware stores and pet shops across West Sussex, Surrey, Middlesex, West London, East Berkshire, South Buckinghamshire and West Hertfordshire.
• Develop and maintain strong retailer relationships, review sales performance and implement growth initiatives.
• Set up fixtures, merchandise stands and train store staff to maximise brand impact.
• Collaborate regularly with internal teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Exceed customer expectations and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Residence in Surrey, Middlesex, West London, East Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire.
• Proven field‑sales experience with garden centres, hardware stores, pet shops or similar independent retailers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Stable employment history in a field‑sales environment.
