Sales Specialist – Uncapped Commission

About the role

Our client, a specialist provider of high‑quality bespoke joinery solutions, is looking for a detail‑driven Sales Specialist. You will manage projects from enquiry through to delivery, acting as the key link between clients, suppliers and production teams while ensuring compliance with fire regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries and develop strong relationships.
• Prepare detailed briefs, produce quotations and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within joinery, interiors, ironmongery and fire‑security sectors.
• Validate designs, dimensions and specifications for full fire‑regulation compliance.
• Obtain, compare and assess supplier quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and strong margins.
• Coordinate between client and production teams to align drawings, specifications and compliance standards.
• Track project progress with Production and Quality teams, maintaining high quality control.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in joinery, interiors, ironmongery or fire & security systems.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing costs, margins or project budgets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
