Sales Stylist – 20 Hours (Fully Flexible)

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Sales Stylist working 20 flexible hours per week in a vibrant Designer Outlet store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect Levi's fit while expressing their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not essential.
