Sales Stylist

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Sales Stylist in Gretna, United Kingdom. You will be the face of the Levi’s® store, helping customers express their personal style while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and provide 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• A passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first mindset.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
