About the role

Join City Plumbing as a Sales Supervisor on a flexible‑hours basis, delivering outstanding service to both trade and retail customers. You will work on the trade counter and over the phone, helping customers choose the right plumbing and heating products while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of customer demands and provide the best possible service.
• Promote products and maximise sales opportunities at the trade counter and via phone.
• Adapt working hours to meet peak seasonal demand, especially during the winter heating period.
• Lead, motivate and supervise a small team to achieve collective targets.
