Sales Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

Reformation is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join its Chelsea store. You will lead the sales floor, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and help the team meet ambitious sales targets while championing the brand’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed individual store sales goals.
• Lead by example, inspire the team, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Deliver a technology‑driven in‑store experience that delights shoppers.
• Maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings through outstanding service.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Reformation’s values and sustainability focus.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, receiving, and removal tracking.
• Monitor back‑of‑house metrics, mis‑pulls, and overall inventory performance.
• Support loss‑prevention initiatives and train staff on best practices.
• Maintain seamless store operations and weekly workflow, including merchandising presentation.

Required profile

• Passion for sustainable fashion and a customer‑first mindset.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
