About the role
Prize Placements are seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Support professional to join a thriving Global FMCG organisation based in Sutton, Surrey. The role is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote.
Key responsibilities
- First point of contact for suppliers and customers, building strong relationships and delivering excellent sales support and customer service.
- Support the sales and purchasing divisions.
- Receive customer orders via email and phone and process them through the ERP system.
- Handle queries from both the sales team and purchasing teams.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in professional email writing.
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail on quotes, orders, spreadsheets; comfortable using Salesforce and/or JDEdwards.
- Experience managing order‑processing coordination.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
