Sales Support Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our construction services business in Barnet. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through high‑volume outbound calling, qualifying prospects and booking meetings for senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to introduce our piling, underpinning and repair services.
• Identify, qualify and record new business opportunities in the CRM.
• Arrange meetings, calls and introductions for senior staff and the Managing Director.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and follow‑up records in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Work closely with the Managing Director to target priority sectors and build a steady pipeline of enquiries and tenders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, business development or lead generation.
• Demonstrated ability to generate appointments and new business through proactive outreach.
• Confident telephone manner and resilience when handling rejection.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage follow‑up activity independently.
• Full‑time availability to work on‑site in the Barnet office, Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
