Sales Support Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Administrator to join a growing business in central Bath. You will work within a creative team, gaining exposure to all areas of the operation while ensuring smooth order processing for large retailers and independent customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for retailers on supply‑chain and order queries.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse to guarantee timely dispatch.
• Update customers on stock availability and manage forecast orders proactively.
• Support sales representatives in onboarding new customers and providing product data.
• Resolve delivery issues, lost stock, or product‑quality concerns.
• Organise samples for key accounts and meet tight deadlines.
• Attend trade shows when required.
• Check customer credit and liaise with the accounts team to ensure smooth order processing.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, customer service or order processing within an office environment.
• Background in a product‑based company and working with retailers or key accounts.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible, collaborative mindset and ability to build positive relationships across teams.
