About the role
We are a leading distributor seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join our expanding team in High Wycombe. You will play a key part in processing sales orders, providing shipping updates and supporting our sales engineers and service colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping status.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve shipping issues.
- Provide general office support, including telephone handling and sample shipments.
Required profile
- Some experience in a customer support or similar role.
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and a customer‑service oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
