Sales Support Executive – Hybrid, Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to join a high‑performing sales team in Hungerford. In this hybrid role you will ensure that every client journey is smooth, from the initial contact through to final delivery, while supporting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and managing schedules.
• Coordinate client communications, handling enquiries, updates and follow‑ups.
• Arrange complex bookings and adapt to last‑minute changes with confidence.
• Maintain multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high attention to detail.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to deliver a first‑class service experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, administration, client services or a similar customer‑focused role.
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions‑driven.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
