Sales Support Executive

About the role

The role is ideal for people who enjoy speaking with customers, building rapport and helping them understand their options. All contacts are inbound – callers have already expressed interest – and you will be the first point of contact, providing friendly, professional support and passing qualified leads to Sales Advisers. Your performance directly influences commission earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer enquiries and identify their needs.
• Direct callers to the appropriate team and set clear expectations.
• Contact customers who have previously submitted an enquiry.
• Introduce the comparison service, handle objections professionally, and transfer interested customers to Sales Advisers.
• Earn commission for each successful transferred sale.
