Sales Support Executive – Temporary (4 months)

About the role

We are seeking a temporary Sales Support Executive to join our busy team in New Romney for a 4‑month contract. The role acts as the vital link between customers, the sales team and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, pricing information and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, updating records in the CRM system.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales activity, generate reports and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Resolve customer issues throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service or an administrative role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, positive attitude with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
