About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to a team of four sales professionals.
• Check and process contracts, ensuring all required information is complete.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer data.
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings and organise meeting minutes.
• Create and distribute customer welcome packs.
• Occasionally assist directly with customers as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role.
• Ambitious and motivated to build a career in sales.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Own transport required for the office location.
