Sales Support Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

Join Prinova’s fast‑moving commercial team as a Sales Support Specialist who will act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers and internal departments. This hybrid role, based in London, requires fluency in French and a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Take, confirm and enter customer orders into the system.
• Monitor order progress and coordinate with logistics, commercial and quality teams.
• Prepare and send purchase orders, price quotes and product samples.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and provide required quality documentation.
• Assist with lead qualification and follow‑up on open quotes and opportunities.
• Log opportunities and quotes in the CRM and keep data up to date.

Required profile

• Excellent business communication skills in English and French.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving commercial environment.
