Sales Support & Transport Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a growing construction business, is looking for a proactive Sales Support & Transport Coordinator to join their busy Liverpool team. You will combine transport coordination, customer service and sales administration to ensure smooth daily operations and a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and monitor transport bookings, deliveries and collections.
• Communicate with customers about delivery schedules, collection arrangements and site requirements.
• Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing and general administration.
• Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems up to date.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide general administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience, preferably in construction, logistics, hire, transport or a related sector.
• Excellent organisational ability with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, flexible and team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
