Sales Team Manager – Inside Sales (Telecoms)

About the role

Red Rhino Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead an inside B2B sales team focused on telecom and technology‑based communication solutions. You will oversee a group of 8‑12 sales professionals, driving performance, coaching staff and ensuring targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the inside sales team.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales targets with product goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑performing B2B inside sales teams.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets in a telecom or technical solutions environment.
• Results‑driven, ambitious and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Desire to grow long‑term within a fast‑moving, customer‑focused organisation.
