Sales Valuer / Lister – Drive Revenue in Swindon

About the role

This is a true Sales Valuer/Lister position within a market‑leading independent estate agency in Swindon. You will own the full valuation and listing process, acting as the primary revenue driver for the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50–60 market appraisals per period, supported by strong inbound leads.
• Convert valuations into 25–30 new listings, maintaining high conversion ratios.
• Deliver a polished, consultative valuation experience to vendors.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and collaborate with the wider team to maximise branch results.
• Take full ownership of your patch, driving growth and performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Sales Valuer/Lister within an estate agency.
• Consistently achieves and exceeds valuation and listing targets.
• Confident, credible, and professional with clients.
• Ambitious, driven, commercially focused and a strong team player.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
