Sales Valuer – Property Valuation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join a respected independent estate agency covering the St Albans area. You will be responsible for generating valuation leads, delivering expert pricing advice, and securing new instructions while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate valuation leads and book appointments with prospective clients.
• Attend property valuations and provide accurate pricing recommendations.
• Secure new instructions and expand the agency’s market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with branch and wider team to maximise business opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property listing.
• Proven track record of winning new business and securing instructions.
• Strong knowledge of the St Albans property market.
• Highly motivated, target‑focused and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary up to £30,000, dependent on experience.
• Realistic OTE of £70,000.
