Salesforce Administrator

About the role

We are partnering with a growing organisation in Newcastle upon Tyne that needs a Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance their multi‑cloud Salesforce environment. You will be the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day administration, supporting Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud while driving continuous improvement and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise a heavily customised Salesforce org, ensuring performance and stability.
• Configure objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and Flows.
• Support integrations with third‑party applications and AppExchange solutions.
• Enhance user experience through Lightning UI, page layouts and customisations.
• Provide user support, training and troubleshooting across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop reports, dashboards and actionable insights.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud a plus).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (minimum).
• Experience managing integrations and AppExchange applications.
• Strong understanding of data management, migration and governance.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
