Salesforce Administrator

About the role

As a Salesforce Administrator at Marex, you will play a vital role in continuously improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform. You will gather requirements, design scalable best‑practice solutions, manage the product roadmap, and ensure a high‑quality user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user and license administration, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD and sharing rules.
• Configure Salesforce components such as Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
• Maintain sandbox environments and oversee data management initiatives.
• Identify, gather, and translate business requirements into scalable, best‑practice solutions with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Detect unused or under‑utilised platform features and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain a platform roadmap, set priorities, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Communicate platform changes effectively to end users and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proactive individual with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform.
• Comfortable with change management, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, layman’s terms.
• Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
