Salesforce Architect

About the role

Join a leading UK housing association as a Salesforce Platform Architect. You will own an established Salesforce environment used by over 3,000 internal users and 50,000 community users, driving enterprise‑scale digital transformation and shaping the future platform strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Salesforce architecture roadmap and technical strategy.
• Design scalable, secure solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Lead implementation and optimisation of Salesforce Field Service.
• Support the rollout and adoption of Agentforce and AI‑driven capabilities.
• Integrate Salesforce with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Improve case management, workflow automation and resource allocation processes.
• Provide architectural guidance and governance to development teams.
• Mentor and develop Salesforce engineers and developers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or senior Salesforce engineer.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership abilities.
• Passion for mentoring technical teams.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise, including Field Service.
• Agentforce or similar AI‑driven Salesforce solutions.
• Integration experience with Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Architect‑level Salesforce certifications (highly desirable).

What we offer

• Salary up to £90,000 per year.
