Salesforce Data Analyst – 6 Month Contract

About the role

This 6‑month contract role supports a global technology organisation in a business‑critical data remediation programme. Working within a collaborative Sales Operations team, you will focus on improving Salesforce data quality to enable better reporting, forecasting and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, cleanse and remediate data across Salesforce objects such as Opportunities, Accounts, Leads and Contracts.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues including duplicate records, account mismatches and pipeline inconsistencies.
• Enhance the accuracy of renewal and pricing data.
• Review Salesforce fields to simplify processes and eliminate manual workarounds.
• Build reports and dashboards that monitor data quality and deliver actionable business insights.
• Document findings and recommend best practices for future data governance and validation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing large Salesforce datasets.
• Proven ability to solve data quality problems and work with stakeholders in Sales Operations, Finance and Technology.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, problem‑solving approach.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
