Salesforce Developer – Full‑time (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

The company is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its growing technology team in Kent. The role involves designing, developing and enhancing enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions, working both on‑site and remotely in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, automations and business processes.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and internal or third‑party systems via APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve platform issues and defects.
• Contribute to platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support solution design activities, ensuring scalability, security and performance.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts and other developers in Agile ceremonies.
• Provide delivery estimates, track progress and communicate status throughout project lifecycles.
• Adhere to development standards, release management processes and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience with API‑based integrations and data migration.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
