Salesforce Developer – Hybrid (Bromley)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in Bromley. You will work on innovative Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to design, develop and enhance applications that deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements from the product backlog and design specifications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑friendly and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop both declarative and programmatic Salesforce solutions to a high standard.
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder (Platform Developer I desirable).
• Strong experience configuring Salesforce, including Flows, Workflow Rules and Process Builder.
• Hands‑on development experience using Apex, SOQL, SOSL and Data Loader.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; knowledge of Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
• Passion for continuous learning through Trailhead and Salesforce certifications.

What we offer

• Salary up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Hybrid working with up to two days remote each week after probation.
