Salesforce Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

Hyde is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its collaborative team in London. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three days remote, and offers the chance to work on the company’s Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Contact Centre platform.

Key responsibilities

• Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions following best practice.
• Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the Contact Centre platform.
• Collaborate with business representatives, IT colleagues and scrum teams to shape technical design and implementation plans.
• Perform unit, integration and performance testing and resolve any issues identified.
• Support day‑to‑day Salesforce operations, including user access, security, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex and integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing on Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Apex development skills and experience with Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and Flow automation.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model (permission sets, sharing rules, roles, profiles).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment processes and end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in scrum teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred; Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud experience beneficial.
