Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our fast‑growing technology team in Newcastle. You will work on a highly customised Salesforce environment that underpins core business operations, helping to modernise the platform and deliver real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch and asynchronous processes to support complex workflows.
• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience and productivity.
• Migrate legacy Aura and Visualforce solutions to Lightning Web Components and modern Salesforce architecture.
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and event‑driven approaches.
• Write efficient, scalable SOQL queries while respecting platform limits.
• Collaborate with administrators and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to code quality standards and support deployments and releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a hands‑on, collaborative environment.
• Ability to balance best‑practice development with pragmatic delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a delivery‑focused mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, agile team.
