Salesforce Developer – £500/day – Remote (Outside IR35)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing organisation to secure an experienced Salesforce Developer on an interim basis. This remote contract role offers the chance to shape the future of their internal Salesforce platform, delivering high‑impact solutions while operating outside IR35.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build, maintain, and optimise integrations between Salesforce and third‑party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Identify and remediate technical debt to improve system performance, maintainability and code quality.
• Establish and champion Salesforce development standards, governance and best practices.
• Deliver enhancements and new functionality across the platform through hands‑on development.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to influence the Salesforce roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer on contract or interim assignments.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components and Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
• Track record of reducing technical debt and implementing best‑practice development processes.
