Salesforce Project Manager – Hybrid, London

About the role

Join a leading consultancy in Central London as a Salesforce Project Manager. You will lead enterprise‑scale Salesforce transformation and integration programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver multi‑year, multi‑workstream projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale Salesforce implementation, integration and transformation programmes.
• Define delivery strategy across multi‑phase projects and own programme governance, budgets, forecasting and resource planning.
• Drive Agile delivery, managing high‑performing onshore and offshore teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, chair SteerCo meetings and produce executive reports.
• Manage risks, dependencies, change control and scope throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver complex Salesforce integrations and data migration programmes.
• Champion AI and emerging technologies to enhance delivery and client outcomes.
• Support pre‑sales, solution design and proposal development to win new business.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale Salesforce transformation or integration programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Experience leading Agile delivery with distributed teams.
• Excellent risk and change management capabilities.
