Salesforce QA Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to join a technical Agile delivery team on a 6‑month contract (potential extension). The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days per week on site in London, and offers a competitive day rate up to £280 inside IR35.

Key responsibilities

• Join the Sprint Delivery Squad and champion high‑quality testing standards.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver test activities aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers during sprint planning, delivery and QA phases.
• Develop and maintain automated Selenium tests and support the central automation team.
• Execute manual, regression, integration and UAT testing across Salesforce applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and test conditions.
• Perform API testing using Postman, APIGEE and related tools.
• Utilise Jira for test management and defect tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Salesforce QA, test management or QA lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (minimum).
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium automation.
• Experience in functional and API testing.
• Familiarity with Jira, Postman and APIGEE.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
