Salesforce Technical Architect (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Harvey Nash is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead large‑scale, enterprise‑grade Salesforce transformation programmes. Working in a hybrid setting in London, you will combine deep Salesforce expertise with data and emerging AI technologies to deliver secure, scalable solutions for ambitious clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture for complex, multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Define and govern solution architecture across Salesforce clouds and integrated technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout delivery.
• Ensure designs follow Salesforce best practices, scalability and security standards.
• Review technical designs, support deployment, release management and environment strategies.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and business analysts to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Drive architectural governance and technical quality across the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to internal technical communities and champion AI‑enabled delivery tools.

Required profile

• Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture patterns and technical governance.
• Proven ability to act as lead Technical Architect on large programmes.
• Experience working in consultancy or similar client‑facing environments.
