About the role
We are looking for a SAP Business One Support Consultant who truly cares about clients and goes the extra mile. You will act as a super‑support‑customer‑success‑client‑warrior, working closely with six SAP Business One clients to understand their business processes, how they use the ERP, and to resolve their issues. The position is fully remote and offers a salary up to £50,000 per year.
Key responsibilities
- Get to know each client’s business and processes.
- Understand how they use SAP Business One ERP.
- Identify and analyse client issues.
- Provide timely resolutions and support.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience supporting SAP Business One.
- Confident, chatty and engaging communication style with clients.
