SAP Test Lead / Test Manager – 6‑12 month contract (London/Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking two experienced SAP Test Leads/Test Managers to join a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA brownfield transformation programme. The positions are contract based, 6‑12 months, and will operate in a hybrid model across London or Manchester.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end testing across SIT, UAT, Regression and Cut‑over phases.
• Define test strategy, governance, reporting and quality controls.
• Manage defect lifecycle and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, BASIS, release teams and business users.
• Validate integrations, interfaces and SAP BTP extensions.

Required profile

• Proven SAP Test Lead or Test Manager experience on SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Strong background in brownfield migrations and large enterprise transformations.
• Experience across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Master Data processes.
• Hands‑on use of SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, HP ALM or Azure DevOps.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills.
