About the role
We are seeking a Security‑cleared DevOps Engineer to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role is a 6‑month contract, paid at £500 per day inside IR35, with three days per week on‑site. The successful candidate will drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and infrastructure automation.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, CDK, Packer and Ansible.
Required profile
- 5+ years of DevOps experience.
- Active SC (Security) clearance.
Required skills
- Python scripting.
- Shell scripting.
- Perl scripting.
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
- Terraform.
- CDK.
- Packer.
- Ansible.
- Git version control.
- GitLab runners configuration.
