SC Cleared Infrastructure Engineer & HVR Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who will also act as an HVR Solution Architect on a major public‑sector cloud transformation programme. The role focuses on designing and delivering secure data‑integration solutions that migrate legacy Oracle data‑warehouse feeds into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will work remotely for most of the time, with occasional visits to London, Bristol and other South‑East sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HVR‑based replication and ingestion pipelines for Oracle data warehouses.
• Build and configure secure OCI landing zones, ensuring compliance with government security standards.
• Produce High‑Level Designs (HLDs) and Low‑Level Designs (LLDs) for data‑integration architectures.
• Collaborate with security and networking teams to enforce encrypted data transfer and governance processes.
• Support capacity planning, data lifecycle management and storage optimisation across OCI.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering data‑integration and cloud‑migration projects in highly regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and documentation abilities.
• Active MOD SC clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
