About the role
We are supporting a growing company in St Albans that needs a dedicated Scheduler to manage the planning of field‑based engineers. This full‑time, office‑based position offers the chance to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Effective and efficient planning of field‑based engineers
- Scheduling work and maintaining engineers' diaries
- Arranging site access to meet agreed response times
- Keeping the service management system up‑to‑date with accurate information
- Liaising daily with engineers and reporting on scheduled progress
- Handling client and internal calls/emails, resolving queries promptly
- Reporting all customer complaints
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Scheduler position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation

- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
What we offer
- Competitive salary of £27,000‑£29,000 per annum
- Full‑time, office‑based role in St Albans
