Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a leading UK telecoms company, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator on a rolling contract basis. Working from a hybrid Manchester office, you will partner with project managers, suppliers and stock teams to keep work flowing smoothly across a wide geographic area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule work activities across multiple sites, ensuring the right personnel are allocated at the right time.
• Liaise with project managers, suppliers and stock management to align schedules with project milestones and service level agreements.
• Monitor progress against schedules, flagging any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled activities and update relevant stakeholders on status.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a planning or scheduling role, preferably within a telecom or similar technical environment.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
