Scheme Cleaner – Part‑time (25 hrs/week)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Scheme Cleaner to join our team on a part‑time, permanent basis. Working 25 hours a week (Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑1:00 pm) you will help keep communal areas in Alton clean, safe and welcoming for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain shared spaces to a high standard.
- Ensure communal areas are tidy, safe and presentable.
- Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally.
- Record completed tasks using simple technology.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
