About the role
We are looking for an experienced School Behaviour Manager to join our welcoming and supportive school community in Lambeth on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on safeguarding, student wellbeing and the implementation of positive behaviour strategies within a warm, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day behaviour management support for students.

- Support student wellbeing and uphold safeguarding standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a behaviour‑focused role within a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and student support.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Degree preferred.
