School Caretaker – Flexible Roles Across Kent

About the role
We are seeking hands‑on caretakers to maintain school facilities across Kent. You will ensure buildings run smoothly, create safe environments for students, and address issues before they impact daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in school buildings.
- Identify and resolve safety hazards promptly.
- Support early‑start and split‑shift schedules as required by schools.
- Maintain records of work performed and report any major issues.
Required profile
- Experience in maintenance, caretaking, facilities or similar hands‑on roles.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings.
- Reliability, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Valid DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
