School Site Supervisor – Premises Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive School Site Supervisor to manage the premises of one of our schools in Watford. The role ensures a safe, secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors, supporting both day‑to‑day operations and occasional out‑of‑hours activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and security of the school site.
• Oversee contractors and coordinate site improvement projects.
• Carry out health and safety checks and produce risk assessments.
• Support lettings and out‑of‑hours school activities as required.

Required profile

• Practical experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Organised, flexible and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards across the school environment.
