SCIDA with Active DV clearance

About the role

The SCIDA (Specialist Services) role is a 12‑month contract position supporting a large, highly secure Managed Service. Based in Hemel Hempstead with UK‑wide travel, you will work under strict security and operational procedures to maintain the highest government and MoD security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all SCIDA activities across the Managed Service, adhering to platform SYOPS, processes and local work instructions.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams, third‑party suppliers, customer authorities and user authorities as defined in the Security Aspects Letter.
• Support and mentor team members, fostering an inclusive ‘One Team’ approach.
• Develop and deliver SCIDA interventions using current technologies and the Customer Frameworks.
• Lead strategy, policy creation and ILS activities, applying ITIL service‑operations principles.

Required profile

• Active DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.
• Proven experience in managing complex, high‑security IT services.
• Strong collaborative leadership and ability to work across multiple business lines.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
