Science Teacher – Full‑time (4‑day option)

About the role

We are partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Aldershot that seeks a passionate Science Teacher. The role involves delivering engaging Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils, with the possibility of a four‑day week for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Science to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the science department and the wider school community.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils across a range of abilities.
• Reliability, flexibility and commitment to high teaching standards.

Required skills

• Curriculum planning and lesson design for Science.
• Classroom management.
• Assessment and feedback techniques.
