Science Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in East London. The role involves delivering high‑quality Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, with the possibility of teaching KS5 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across the curriculum.
• Inspire students to develop a love of Science and achieve strong academic outcomes.
• Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive and well‑managed learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for student progress and inclusive education.
• Both early‑career teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are welcome.
