About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a high‑achieving secondary school in Hackney, East London. You will deliver engaging Science lessons to students aged 11‑18 across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach KS5.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic Science lessons that inspire curiosity.
- Support both practical laboratory work and theoretical understanding.
- Monitor, assess and report on student progress.
- Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
- Strong subject knowledge in Science.
- Experience teaching in a secondary school environment.
- Passion for engaging learners and fostering scientific inquiry.
