Seafreight & Roadfreight Supervisor

About the role

Freightserve, a well‑established worldwide freight forwarder, is seeking a Seafreight / Roadfreight Supervisor to manage both import and export operations. The role involves coordinating sea and road freight shipments, handling documentation and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export sea and road freight to strict deadlines.
• Process sea and road freight bookings and relevant documentation.
• Manage FCL/LCL shipments and liaise closely with customers.
• Prepare quotations, invoice clients and support key account management.
• Handle multiple shipments simultaneously while communicating efficiently via email and telephone.

Required profile

• Proven experience in import and export ocean and road freight.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Highly organised with a systematic, detail‑oriented approach.
