About the role
This is a seasonal, full‑time position supporting a client’s student accommodation portfolio in central Plymouth. The role runs from Monday 3 August to Friday 4 September, offering a fixed‑term assignment of five weeks at £13 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Paint and refresh student rooms and communal areas to prepare for new arrivals.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs and minor repairs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in painting or general maintenance.
- Ability to commit to the full assignment dates (3 August – 4 September).

What we offer
