Seasonal Sales Assistant – 8‑Hour Contract (Holiday Availability Required)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Assistants to join its Liverpool store during the busy holiday period. You will help customers express their style, provide personalized service, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional one‑to‑one service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• A passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first mindset.
• Energy, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• A growth mindset and commitment to building an inclusive culture.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s.
