Seasonal Sales Assistant and Party Host

About the role

Lush Guildford is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team during the busy festive period. As a Seasonal Sales Assistant and Party Host you will help create a memorable Christmas shopping experience while also leading fun in‑store events.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, demonstrating products and answering queries.
• Maintain a tidy, attractive shop environment.
• Drive sales and work towards daily business targets.
• Host party events, creating an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, at least one weekend day, and either Christmas Eve or Boxing Day.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and customer‑focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Available for weekend work and the specified holiday shifts.
• Enjoys interacting with people and creating a festive atmosphere.
