About the role

Join Lush in Chelmsford as a Seasonal Sales Assistant, delivering 5‑star customer service during the busiest period of the year. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding shoppers through product demonstrations, bespoke routines and in‑store events while upholding Lush’s ethical values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a consistently high‑quality customer experience, including product demos, hand and arm massages, and personalised consultations.
• Operate till systems, handle cash, and maintain a tidy, inviting shop floor.
• Stock and display products, ensuring they are clean and well‑presented.
• Host lively in‑store parties and events, connecting with the local community.
• Adapt to fast‑changing retail demands and offer solutions‑focused service.

Required profile

• People‑person with a passion for delivering warm, genuine experiences.
• Enthusiastic about Lush’s products, ethics and values.
• Eager to learn, receptive to feedback and capable of self‑development.
• Available for at least two full weekdays and one full weekend day, with early starts (7 am) and late finishes (up to 9 pm).
• Willing to host and support Lush parties and community events.
